Kelly Hunt
Vice President, Director of Client Services

Kelly is a career sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Healing HealthCare Systems in 2003, she was with Instant Healthline. She is an expert in patient television technologies, as well as their application as an environmental tool.  The driving force for Healing HealthCare's sales efforts, Kelly is also responsible for client relations and marketing.

Haydn Bertelson
Vice President, Administration

Haydn Bertelson joined Healing HealthCare Systems in 2004. She received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with a minor in English, from Brigham Young University, and went on to do graduate work in the field of law. She has an extensive background in business administration, customer service, and client support that includes owning a business, as well as working with clients in both the legal and investment professions. Haydn recently became a C.A.R.E. Channel Artist, contributing her original piano compositions to the music of The C.A.R.E. Channel. She takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of customer service and commitment to our client hospitals, their patients and families.

Josephine "Jo" Mason
Accounting Manager

Josephine "Jo" Mason received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Business Law from New York University.  She has extensive experience in business accounting and handles the accounting department and related client needs for HHS.

Prior to joining the company in 2005, Jo co-founded a non-profit organization called "Arts for Healing" in New Canaan, Connecticut, which provided music therapy for special needs children.  Besides accounting skills, she brings a knowledge of what music can do for healing and demonstrated commitment to improving the quality of healthcare for all patients to her work at Healing HealthCare Systems.

Christina Ri
Art Director

Christina Ri has joined Healing HealthCare Systems as the Art Director. Christina come to HHS as a filmmaker from a Film/TV & Digital Imaging Program from New York University (Tisch School of the Arts & Center for Advanced Digital Applications). She has served as a director and senior editor for numerous film projects in New York and Seoul, Korea. Currently, Christina is also a doctoral student at the Fielding Graduate University, working in Media Psychology and the School of Educational Leadership and Change.

Erinn Pignetti
Director, Client Support Services

Erinn Pignetti received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a minor in Museum Studies from the University of Nevada Reno. She worked for the University of Nevada Higher Education System for 15 years specializing in Interactive Video systems and has an extensive background in customer support services.

Brian Turner
Technical Support Associate

Brian Turner comes to Healing HealthCare Systems with over 15 years experience specializing in Information Systems. Originally from Chicago, Brian migrated west with his parents to California, then to Nevada. He became interested in Information Technology as a result of his musical background, first as a jazz drummer, and later as a Studio Engineer integrating early Macintosh computing systems with studio recording systems. Brian is a Technical Support Associate specializing in hardware and software for all C.A.R.E. Programming platforms.

Heidi Johnson
Regional Account Manager

Heidi received her Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration/Marketing, with a specialization in Management Psychology from San Francisco State University and has spent the last 19 years of her professional career in sales, marketing, business management and client satisfaction roles. She brings this experience along with a passion for people to her work at Healing HealthCare Systems.

Joshua Grace
Associate Director of Client Support Services

Joshua recently completed his studies at the University of Nevada, Reno and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and Economics. Joshua comes to Healing HealthCare Systems with a background in customer service, project management, and office administration.
